Poetry as a mode of human expression has historically been conceptualized from different perspectives. I differ from the last comment, there is nothing more concrete than what you call "poetic concept." Perhaps what you call theoretical concept seems most tangible perhaps by tecnisismos, but beware. A verse, a great verse, is always forceful and a step to truth.
Moreover, the "poetic concepts" to which I refer is not the message that emits a certain poem or poetry -considero caracterización- specific apoptosis you did that, but the concept of what constitutes apoptosis poetry.
Tangible -you is poetry which I think you mention antípodamente-. However, the poetic concepts of poetry-characterization of what is and is not poetry, it is all subjective moment. And is such that everyone maintains its own specific meaning, bequeathed by the historical context and literary influences or readings who possesses a poetic concept of poetry.
