Google Maps - an excellent free navigation on mobile devices, available next year and Macedonia | IGEO portal
Google Maps Navigation is a software application for mobile devices that is designed for Android and iOS operating systems. This application is developed by Google in late 2009 in the form of beta (test) version. At first, navigation was only available in the U.S., and from 2010 through version 4.2 is available for UK, Austria, Belgium, Canada hazmat suit and around forty other states. The best work navigating through text and voice guidance to the selected destination, requires internet connection and having GPS receiver in the mobile device (mobile phone, tablet, laptop). The user can enter and search the appropriate destination (city, address, facility, hotel), where to draw the route from the starting point to the selected target. However, the special and careful procedure (especially for devices with Android operating system) can be "unlocked" navigation module (procedure can be seen on numerous internet forums) even for these areas (in Macedonia). This gets the best free and precise navigation for our country, the Balkans and the whole world, no matter whether the mobile device is connected to the internet connection or not (in offline mode). The only problem occurs is that now no voice navigation in Macedonian language.
